Dr. Alfonso Levy Passes Away
Dr. Alfonso Levy of Lake City, FL passed away on July 4, 2011. He was an outstanding Muscian and Educator for over 50 years in Lake City, FL and the Continental United States. His funeral was held on July 9, 2011 at the Alfonso Levy Performing Arts Center located on the campus of the Florida Gateway College.
